Central Line extension to Stratford Open Dec 4' (No print code). This edition of the map was printed to publicise the opening of part of the eastward extension of the Central Line from Liverpool Street to Stratford on December 4th 1946. The sheet also includes a plan showing the future extensions to West Ruislip and Ongar. The reverse side includes a geographically accurate map of all the eastward extensions, complete and under construction by Beck, Harry C.. Published 1946. Vintage London Underground diagram of lines pocket map issued by London Transport. Size 15 x 23 cm | 5.5 x 9.0 inches. Condition: Fair: Lightly marked with a cross within a circle; marks in ink elsehwere on the sheet outisde the map area shown.
