Streets, railways, mills, public buildings, parks, cemeteries, rivers and ward boundaries are clearly marked. The map is datable after the 1898 borough extension, whose new wards are shown, but before the later state seen elsewhere which includes Ocean Mill, Settle Street, built c.1903/05, but not included on this earlier edition by Bacon, George Washington & Co.
