This cute little lamp was likely purchased by your grandma, mom or aunt. I can picture them setting at the kitchen table going through the Sears, JC Penny or Montgomery Ward Catalog. This was like their Amazon back in the day. Its Friday (payday) and they are budgeted to buy something needed for their house. She was so excited to receive it, she likely picked it up at the store because she didn't want the extra cost of the shipping. She took care of it and used for years. This one was taken was purchased at a local estate sale.
Pair this lamp with a "still life" moments with stacks of old books, ceramic vases with dried lavender, or vintage porcelain.
In good working condition, original wiring has been tested and inspected.
