Rosenthal, greyhound figurine. Fine naturalistic porcelain figurine of a seated greyhound with raised paw and an elegant slender form. Executed with soft glaze transitions in light tones and signed R. Sh., produced by Rosenthal around 1927. Origin: Germany. Material: Porcelain. Dimensions: H. 5 cm, D. 4 cm. Period: Circa 1927. Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. Bio: Rosenthal was founded in 1879 in Germany and quickly developed into one of Europe's leading porcelain manufacturers. In the early 20th century, the company collaborated with numerous artists and designers, producing high-quality figurines and decorative objects. The factory is known for combining technical precision with artistic expression, making Rosenthal an important name in European porcelain.
