Kähler was founded in 1839 in Næstved and developed into one of Denmark’s most important ceramic workshops. Particularly in the late 19th and early 20th century, the factory collaborated with leading artists such as Svend Hammershøi, resulting in a range of iconic forms and experimental glazes.
