Top bannder is Sparrows Point Police Department 1941 then Second Place, then National Match Course and then Centerfire. Hanging at the bottom are crossed pistols on a textured retangular dangle with curved top and olive branch down the right side, Greek Key accent in the right corner. Sterling. This is brushed sterling by V.H. Blackinton from Attleboro Falls, Mass. Good condition but could use a little cleaning. It is in half the original box mounted on brown velvet. The packaging is a little beat up and the medal could use a little cleaning but good condition otherwise. (INV. W.31420.1X1. SS1165 NL LD 4/24/20).
