It is a button down style jacket or blazer with long sleeves and two pockets in the front. It looks like it is vintage from the late 1970s/early 80's- it has a very European chic look. The tag inside reads size 40, which translates to a US size 10 or medium. This jacket is made by Escada, so you know it is great quality!
