The reverse features the Peace dollar design with inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE. No mint mark is present, identifying it as a Philadelphia strike. The 1923-P is a high-mintage, common date issue within the Peace dollar series.
