  • Description: Vintage Painted Lacquered Wood Beaded Necklace, 26", Unisex, Tribal/cultural vibe. 1970's-1980's. There are lightly lacquered natural wood tone beads that are app. 7mm. The remainder of the beads are oblong natural tone beads with painted design which inlude a red cross inside a circle and a gridlike design. Theyare appx. 15mm long and 7mm wide. IN the front there are six larger darker beads with painted designs that almost look like butterflies - they are a darker brown with red and darker brown accents. These beads are round and appx. 11.5mm. This is a slipover style - could be souvenier style beads. Very nicely made. They aren ot signed or marked. (W3423.5 SS10266 J LD 4/9/23).
