This piece is in a classical late 1700s/early 1800s style with a finial on the lid and a square base. The handle is a black carved wood with a leaf detail at the top. The underside of the pot is marked sterling along with the mark for JE Caldwell & Co, who is likely the retailer. This piece is in great overall condition. There is one very minor ding near the spout. The interior has some coffee stains, but the piece is very usable. There are no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs. Measurements: 3 inches by 3 inches at the base 8 inches from spout to handle 9 3/4 inches tall Weight: 475 grams or 16.5 ounces
