  • Description: Shri Krishna is the 19th full incarnation of Sakshat Purushottam. When Krishna is depicted as being the age below10, it is always with his flute. Therefore, he is aptly called Murlidhara. the tune created by Krishna's flute is embodied with cosmic energy. As Krishna’s divine flute calls, Mother Nature is perennially pregnant with luscious green, trees and vines are laden with fruits and flowers. All living creatures stilled by the captivating tune of Krishna’s flute are his companions of past times, scholars, and sages who are interested in the Vedic knowledge that flows through the tune of his flute. Krishna is divinity, showing him standing in an almond-shaped aureole, supported by two attractive fish- figured angels lifting ‘T’ shaped frame structure at its two ends. Krishna playing on his most adorable flute ( bansuri ) in the crossed –legged pose (nritya mudra).
