Rather unusual early Showa period (1910s) Japanese cloisonne round pin tray from a desk set entirely decorated with dense floral design. Beautifully made, black enamel background, all exposed metal parts are gilded (some wear), pleasantly heavy. Very attractive functional piece, in excellent condition. Diameter 3 3/4 inches.
