Joe action figures made by Hasbro in Hong Kong. 1982 Flash Laser Rifle Trooper, 1983 Cobra H.I.S.S Tank Driver with file card, 1984 Cutter Hovercraft Pilot with file card, and 1986 B.A.T. Battle Android Trooper with claw and weapons. All have come apart from the rubber bands breaking, all have minor paint loss. File card measures 5.5 inches wide x 3.25 inches tall.
