German Addiator Duplex pocket mechanical calculator, circa 1950s, constructed of aluminum and steel with a nine-digit display. The double-sided slide calculator performs addition on one face and subtraction on the reverse by moving the numbered slides with the included metal stylus. A top-mounted clearing bar resets the display. Accompanied by its fitted black leatherette sleeve, stylus and illustrated English-language instructions for decimal currency.
