Depicts a cottage with woman and animals on lawn with flowering vine coming out of pots. Geometric border. "To be good is to be happy". Sight size: 18" high x 22" wide. In a wood frame under glass measuring: 22 3/4" high x 27" wide.Not removed from frame. Good stable condition. Shows discoloration and staining on the right quarter of the work. Some fading to colors due to age and exposure. Frame shows wear.
