A Chippendale style carved mahogany highboy chest, featuring a broken pediment top with flame finials (missing), several drawers with brass pull hardware, and standing on cabriole legs with carved knees and ball-and-claw feet. The top section features two smaller drawers above a fan-carved central drawer, flanked by two more drawers. The lower section has a large central drawer over two smaller drawers, also with a fan carving. The wood exhibits a rich, reddish-brown hue. The piece is currently wrapped in plastic for protection.
