Description
The Pass acted as an official Safe Conduct Pass allowing Soviet Soldiers to cross over to the German side without being shot. It claims to be written by an officer of the Russian Liberation Army urging Red Army soldiers to fight against Bolshevism and fight together with the German army. The inducement was to fight for the 'New Russia' and to receive the same 'excellent ration that our German comrades receive'.
