Condition
Prints retain generally strong color with scattered light toning, fading, and minor surface imperfections visible through the glass. Old collector labels indicate that the printed legends or margins of at least two examples may have been trimmed. Brocade mats exhibit fading, discoloration, pulls, and wear. Frames have scratches, abrasions, finish loss, and small edge nicks. Later paper backings have staining, tears, punctures, adhesive residue, and old dealer labels. One example from Lot 138 was examined out of frame. The remaining prints have not been removed from their frames or examined under magnification. Please examine all photographs.
