Impressive pair of Italian seven-light candelabra featuring ornate gilt-finished cast metal construction with richly detailed neoclassical decoration. Each is centered by a hand-turned banded green, cream, honey, and salmon-colored onyx urn embellished with figural caryatid handles, floral swags, and ram's head candle arm supports. Six scrolling candle arms surround a raised central socket, all supported by an elaborate cast standard with acanthus and foliate motifs. The candelabra rest on substantial banded onyx plinths above heavily cast decorative bases with paw feet and classical ornamentation. Undersides are marked 'BREVETTATO.' Approx. 28.5 x 24 x 10 in.
