Of compressed ovoid form, raised on three short cabriole feet. The spout cast as a fierce dragon?head, fitted with a movable dragon?form swing handle. The domed cover surmounted by a fish?shaped finial. The shoulder embellished with archaistic dragon scroll band, the body set with stylised cicada?leaf panels. Rich dark brown patina with minor traces of verdigris. Qing Dynasty period.
