The national identity card was issued to Walenty Wojciechowski, born 14th of January 1926. He was just 18 years old when the card was officially finalized. The document contains the holder's photograph and left and right index fingerprints.The Identification card system was used by the regime for population surveillance and mobilization during German occupation in Poland
