Peter Keil is a German artist who focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats, including Joan Miro, Pablo Picasso, and Andy Warhol, to name a few.

This is a gorgeous piece from Keil's "Junge Wilde" collection he created in Berlin. It is signed "P. Keil" in the lower left corner and executed on a canvas-like cloth. Oftentimes, Keil painted on cloth before being able to afford canvas.

This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.

The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear.

The wood has minor warping (see last photo), but I do believe it would be fine to hang once framed.
