This little vintage watercolor of a southern house in disrepair is a mystery. It is unsigned but has a gallery tag on the back from (the now closed) Coal Creek Picture Frame & Gallery. This tag places the painting in Renton Washington at a time before the city of Renton had an area code (1970's?)

Unique reddish matte, simple vintage black frame and glass.

Unusual and beautifully detailed!
