P." at lower right and dated "1878" below, in period gilt frame with minor losses, wear to painting consistent with age including craquelure under varnish, cleaned with some restoration work done by Stagecoach Gallery of Granby, CT in 2010, sight size: 13 1/2" h. x 18 1/2" w., frame size: 22 1/2" h. x 27 1/2" w. x 4" d.
