In this lot we have a U.S. Navy Type I blue gortex parka. This camouflage pattern was intended to give the navy a modernized look and unique look and began being issued in 2009. Due to safety concerns with man-overboard procedures, due to it being able to blend in with the water very well, the pattern was completely phased out and replaced by the green gortex pattern entirely by 2019. The parka is in very good to excellent condition with signs of very light to no use.
