The canvas board size is 11 14 inches, framed is 17 x 20 inches. Framed in original wooden beige with patina frame. It is in very good condition.

Born in New York on March 22, 1894. By 1930 Bernard Shepro moved to Santa Monica California. For several years he was president of the Ventura County Arts Ass'n. He died in Los Angeles on Dec. 13, 1974. He is known for impressionist paintings and watercolor of coastal scenes and landscapes.
