This lot features a Hull Pottery figural swan planter and a low rectangular earthenware planter. The swan is decorated with a two-tone yellow and green glossy glaze and features molded relief details of grape clusters and leaves. The rectangular planter is finished in a uniform dark forest green glaze and includes a recessed interior well. The swan base bears an incised script mark reading Hull U.S.A. 60, while the rectangular planter is marked on the underside with a printed stamp reading 423-USA.
