Two 19th C. American shelf clocks, including: an Eli Terry mahogany pillar and scroll clock, Plymouth, Connecticut, the scrolled crest centering a brass urn finial above a glazed door enclosing a painted dial with Roman numerals and gilt spandrels over a reverse painted tablet of a house in a landscape, cross banded mahogany inlay, the case with a printed Eli and Samuel Terry label, 31”H x 16.5”W x 4.5”D; a Brewster and Ingraham rosewood beehive clock, Bristol, Connecticut, the arched case enclosing a painted dial signed by the maker over an etched glass tablet with a laurel wreath and stars, 19”H x 10”W x 4”D.

Both with pendulums and keys, the Terry retaining its weights and original reverse painted tablet, both reported running in the home, however, we do not guarantee running condition.
