Description
Fine early 20th-century mezzotint captures a tranquil pastoral landscape featuring a shepherd and his flock. Printed in 1906 after a painting by Charles Wood, the piece was published by C. Klackner (1850–1916), a prominent late 19th- and early 20th-century New York and London art publisher. The fine art print measures approximately 21 in. H x 35 1/2 in. W overall, discoloration, creasing, minor seam separation, and surface wear along the edges consistent with its age and history.
