Description: American Pairpoint Jungle Bird table lamp with a reverse-painted and acid-etched glass shade decorated with brightly colored parrots or macaws amid dense tropical foliage. The shade rests on a tall silver-plated metal base with three scrolling supports, floral ornament, twin sockets, and pull chains. The triform base is stamped D 3070 and PAIRPOINT. A desirable early 20th-century Pairpoint design combining colorful avian decoration with an architectural silvered-metal standard.
Marks: Base stamped "D 3070" and "PAIRPOINT." No shade-edge signature has been confirmed from the supplied photographs.
