Condition
The painted surface has extensive craquelure, surface grime, scattered abrasions, and small paint losses, with darkened and uneven varnish. Areas of old retouching may be present. The panel has minor edge wear and has not been removed from the frame. The carved frame has chips, cracks, repaired or missing openwork elements, finish loss, and accumulated grime. The painting has not been examined under ultraviolet light.
