Gould (Hannah Flagg) Autograph letter signed ("Hannah Flagg Gould")

The letter, to literary critic F. Shober, reads "By accident, I was prevented sending by the packet of last month. I hope I shall be not too late with this offering for the Forget-Me-Not, if it would be acceptable. I send you two articles. I have not used the 'Ignis Fatuus' now in your hands (I think I sent it last year) and only offer these for your taste to choose. The packet, with your kind note, and a copy of the annual, a very beautiful one, came safe and in due time", two pages, integral blank, folding marks, 8vo, Newburyport, 31 March 1865.
