Campbell-Bannerman (Henry) Autograph letter signed ("H. Campbell-Bannerman")

The letter, addressed to William Brodrick, Secretary of State for War, says "It was from no want of respect or interest that I had to be absent through the great part of your statement" as "I had most unwillingly to leave for an engagement I could not escape from, as it involved some 30 people specially invited", one page, integral blank, some yellowing, 8vo, House of Commons, 4 March 1901.
