This collection of vintage scale model kits features custom vehicle designs from the late 1960s and early 1970s. The group includes several kits manufactured by MPC and Monogram. One kit is titled Chopped Mini: The Mini Goes Chopper by MPC (Model Products Corporation). It is a 1/8 scale kit featuring parts moulded in red plastic with chrome-plated components and rubber tyres. A second 1/8 scale kit is the Low Blow mini-bike, designed by Tom Daniel and manufactured by Monogram Models, Inc., a subsidiary of Mattel. The box features both the Monogram and Mattel logos. The components are moulded in blue plastic with chrome-plated engine and fork parts. The collection also includes a 1/25 scale kit titled Moonscope, described as a functional lunar vehicle designed by George Barris and manufactured by MPC. The vehicle body is moulded in white plastic and features red and blue racing stripes. The final kit in the group is the Baja Bandito by Monogram, a 1/24 scale model kit designed by Tom Daniel. The kit features an orange Volkswagen-style van and a mini-bike. The box features the Monogram logo and a Mattel copyright. This kit includes an additional red car body labelled Cherry Bomb which appears to be from a different model kit. Original instruction sheets and decal sheets are included with several of the kits.
