A group of three glass canning jars of varying sizes and colors, each filled with a diverse assortment of machine-made glass marbles. The largest jar is composed of clear glass and features embossed lettering on the body reading ATLAS STRONG SHOULDER MASON (photo 2). The medium-sized jar is formed from aqua-colored glass and is embossed with the cursive script logo Ball followed by the words PERFECT MASON (photo 4). The smallest jar is clear glass and is embossed with the word MASON (photo 3). All three jars are fitted with zinc screw-top lids. The interior contents consist of a wide variety of marbles, including cat's eyes, opaque solids, clear glass swirls, and translucent examples in numerous colors and sizes. Under ultraviolet light inspection, several marbles exhibit distinct fluorescence: one marble glows bright green, and two others display a vibrant orange-red hue (photos 10, 11, and 12).Measurements/notes: 3 jars; longest 10 in.
