Unusual 19th century Southern mahogany stand, constructed with yellow pine secondaries and featuring a faux drawer front with locking mechanism, pegged construction, and Chippendale-style legs. The piece retains a handsome old worn finish with a naturally aged patina, giving it strong Southern character. Measures approximately 29 in. H x 26 1/2 in. W x 19 in. D. Some wear and loss to the finish consistent with age and use; missing one wooden pull on the faux drawer.
