Folk art pottery wedding jug is master-thrown by celebrated North Georgia potter Michael Crocker of Georgia, a prominent artisan widely recognized for preserving and advancing the rich heritage of traditional Southern alkaline-glazed stoneware. The multi-spouted vessel features a classic curving form with applied handles, adorned with expressive incised sgraffito decoration and covered in a characteristic, runny green Southern alkaline glaze. It is artist-signed and dated 2015 on the base. It measures approximately 8 in. H x 6 in. in diameter overall. It is offered in good condition.
