This piece has a reserve of $640.A substantial rustic side table or small worktable with a wonderfully solid, hand-built presence. The thick three-plank top is set over a robust frame of squared legs and is reinforced with bold diagonal cross-bracing, creating an especially appealing X-form detail at each end. The table?s practical proportions and lower shelf make it as useful as it is visually compelling.

The table remains sturdy and functional with a heavily timeworn surface and expected evidence of age and use.
