Description
Next highest graded NGC MS64 & PCGS SP64
Condition
Uncirculated & finest graded
Medium
Coins, Monies & Stamps
Provenance
Krause do not list a 'Proof' for this year and so NGC have graded it as a Mint State coin. However, the coin has the wire rims typical of a 'Specimen' or 'Proof' strikes of the Royal Mint and as it stands it this finest known circulation strike. It is noted that PCGS has now graded an SP64 so this coin deserves a regrade
