Discover this unique softcover book titled 'The Legacy Project: Remembering Louis W. Hill, Jr. Through Oral Histories', published in 1998 by the Grotto Foundation, Inc. Measuring 10 x 7 x 1 1/4 inches, this volume features captivating woodblock prints by the renowned Japanese artist Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995). The book provides invaluable biographical insights into Louis W. Hill, Jr., a notable figure from the prominent Hill family of Minnesota. Although there are signs of previous use, including light soiling and a crease in the spine, this only adds to its character and historical significance. This could be a limited or private printing, enhancing its potential scarcity. Don't miss your chance to own this intriguing piece of history!

Shipping:

Pick up and buyer arranged shipping is always welcome. We offer in-house shipping for items that can ship through common carrier. All items will be professionally packed at a reasonable rate. If you paid for the item via Lodestar Auctions or Proxibid we will have your items packaged and send you a link to choose and pay for shipping on the Lodestar Auctions Website.

**Important** Live Auctioneers has their own shipping program. We find it to be very expensive and slow. This is the rate you see advertised when bidding. We do not recommend using them. If you do use them you must checkout via Live Auctioneers and choose LiveShip at checkout. If you pay via Live Auctioneers and want our In-house shipping you must choose self-arranged shipping at checkout. If you checkout via Lodestar Auctions this does not apply. I apologize if this is confusing, Live Auctioneers purposely arranged it this way to push their own overpriced shipping service. We are not happy about this and are trying to make it work.

Issues:

All items sold as is. We do our best to describe accurately and take plenty of non-touched up photos to best represent the item. Any lost or damaged item due to shipping must go through the carriers. Buyer pays any return shipping costs regardless of situation.

Thanks for your patronage and happy bidding!
