This antique 19th-century bentwood stick and ball shelf is a striking example of early bentwood craftsmanship, blending form and function with its elegantly curved sticks and turned wooden balls. Designed as a magazine rack or display shelf, its minimalist yet artistic design reflects the innovative use of steam-bent wood popularized by Thonet and other makers of the era. The warm, time-worn patina adds rustic charm, making it a versatile piece for vintage interiors, book nooks, or entryway storage. A rare and collectible find for admirers of 19th-century furniture and industrial-era decor.
