Each displays a rich, aged patina and distinctive character, with some examples appearing to date to the late 19th or early 20th century. The writing box measures approximately 4 1/4 in. H x 15 7/8 in. W x 12 3/4 in. D. Some surface wear, finish loss, and wear to wooden edges consistent with age and use.
