A wonderful example of mid century California modernism designed by John Keal for Brown Saltman. Upholstered in a beige linen blend with a continuous seat cushion, two loose back cushions, and loose arm cushions at each end, set on recessed ebony wood slat feet for a comfortable, low-profile silhouette. Keal was an early figure in California modernism, informed by the Bauhaus and International Style. Maker label on interior upholstered frame.
