Mid-Century Distressed Painted White Desk

Description

A vintage American Mid-Century Industrial Modern wooden science laboratory tandem desk work table. The distressed painted solid pine table having a bright shabby chic antiqued white finish, two metal plates with reviots accent the slightly overhanging rectangular top, overtop the side-by-side shelves that open to one large cubby. When that side is turned against a wall, it creates a spacious concealed open cabinet interior with generous storage space. All rising on straight legs. Double stamped "155". Circa 1950

A versatile piece that can be used many ways, including as a console table, entry or hall table, sideboard server, computer or television media stand, art and crafts desk or petite writing desk. It's traditional design and wonderful rustic, country farm house vibe allows it to compliment many of today's contemporary interior styles.
