This still life original oil art composition piece portrays an assortment of fruit ---including chartreuse and light orange melons, red and green grapes, deep red apples and possibly plum on a simple wooden tabletop. Offering a classical realism with post-impression influence. The use of rich warm colors with a strong emphasis on the contrasts between dark background and luminous fruit tones include brushwork both expressive and somewhat textured..

The artwork is signed "S. W." and the beautiful piece of art is enclosed with a matte black matte and soft, gold rigdedframe. Hanging hardware is included on the reverse side. Won't you make this warm, earthy and inviting piece a "keeper" in your home?
