19th Century French Bronze Woman sitting with her lyre instrument by her side. She is in a sitting position with one hand under her chin as if musing over something. She is elegantly dressed in classical robes with superb detailing to her face, hands, jewelry and hair. Sculpture rests on a large wooden rectangular base. This is a classic example of the intersection between fine art and high-quality craftsmanship that characterized the period.

Measurements include base and sculpture.
