Antique English horse brass, framed as found, featuring a pierced circular brass mounted on its original leather backing. Traditionally used as decorative tack, horse brasses became popular in England during the 19th century and are now prized as folk art wall decor. This example presents well within a later custom frame and offers strong visual impact with rich patina and period character.
