The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In the event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide to reopen the bidding or not. For on-site bidders, It is the bidder’s responsibility to get the attention of the auctioneer or ringman before auctioneer declares the item sold. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "hammer". The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: TAAG has described all items in this Auction to the best of their knowledge. Most of the items being auctioned have considerable age and normal wear is expected. All measurements given are approximate. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item whether bidding in person, by phone or by internet. Neither TAAG nor the consignors makes any warranties or representations to the age, size, condition, quality or provenance of any of the items in this Auction. Any such statements are strictly a matter of opinion of TAAG. Please note that the photo process may cause reflections, variations in the color or other imperfections to appear in the photos. If you have a question on the color of any item, please contact us prior to bidding. TAAG is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalog.
