STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN HISTORICAL TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC TEA ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising two cups and one saucer, each featuring La Fayette at Franklin’s Tomb, depicting a figure seated beside an urn monument, the base reading "FRANKLIN", nautical scene in background, and floral surround. Marks to underside include saucer having impressed American eagle and shield with "E WOOD & SONS BURSLEM WARRANTED / SEMI CHINA" and various printed numerals. Enoch Wood & Sons, Burslem, England. 1818-1846. 2 1/2" HOA.
