MADISON, James (1751-1836). Partly printed document signed ("James Madison"), as President of the United States, countersigned by Edward Tiffin as Commissioner of the General Land Office. Washington, D.C., 1 June 1814.

Granting a parcel of land in "the United States in the Territory north west of the Ohio, and above the mouth of Kentucky river" to Elisha Lesley of Greene County [Ohio].
